We only process the data you provide yourself, for example when you book a table or contact us: your name, phone number, email address and the details of your reservation.

We use your data solely to process and confirm your reservation and to answer your question. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and delete reservation data afterwards unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website or reservations, and only as far as necessary.

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Only functional preferences, such as your language choice, may be stored locally in your browser.
